I had a request from a carer support worker asking for a laptop for a carer in Norfolk.
I replied as long as she receives carers allowance or carers credit, and an income based benefit.
She replied that she does not know if the carer receives carers allowance.

She had just done a carers assessment on the carer.

Not very good is it?

Just show they didn't do a proper carers assessment.
