Good morning, well summer has arrived at last, even though it is autumn. Yesterday, for the first time since April, we had a whole day of sunshine with no wind - wonderful - & it looks like we are going to get the same today. I am going for lunch with Kay & some errands to do.

Had a lovely time out today- now ready to face rest of day! We find out Thursday if we get to keep our new flat- hoist specialists going in to see if ceiling can be reinforced to fit the track hoist.

Good morning, it is a cool start here, but we do have a bit of blue sky. I am going to the Drs this am, , my joint problems are getting me down, I have a reccurence of my rotator cuff inflammation & the arthritis in my right thumb is getting unmanageable
I have choir this afternoon for the first time after the summer break, looking forward to that.

Good morning, we came back yesterday from holiday a day early, my husband couldn't cope with the cold damp weather and it's not much better here but not so cold, I will have to re think future holiday plans.

Good Afternoon, it is bright but cold, have been out for the paper and stopped off as usual for my hot chocolate. Popping up to see my friend Norine, as she is having tests on her lungs tomorrow, as she is having difficulty breathing. Mum is up in her dressing gown, as still in pain from fall, think it will take her long time to get over.

Good afternoon I am no longer able to get to my golden age club with my hip problem, so
have spent an hour on my laptop have a lady looking after Tony for me.
I have my steroid injection on Monday hope it works. Take care all.
