thank you

I had a wonderful email thanking us for helping a young lady at the Latitude Festival

I am not sure how to reply to this, because it really wasnt us.
Hello,
My names is Yvonne Lawlor and I was just at Lattitude festival where I feel very ill and was put in the welfare/ chill out tent there where your charity works? The amount of care I recieved was astounding, I don't know what I would have done without the people there. Especially a worker called Allison who looked after me, arranged transport to my lift and carried my huge bag to the car. She is an absolute credit to your team and I was touched by how amazing she was.

Best,
Yvonne

How kind of her to express her thanks to these people, so many do not bother these days. perhaps point her in the direction of the Festival organisers & they should be able to tell her who provided the chillout area
