Good Morning, it is a 100F here, to hot for me. Washing machine has broken down, it was heating the water up and forgot to stop, the utility was full of steam, the machine is red hot. Have got the water out, leaving everything to cool down before I touch it. Tumble dryer making a funny noise, so will get a man out, but me thinks I will have to renew both 34m . Hope you all have a good day.

I was taking Milo out at tea time and the sky went dark and it started to rain and there was thunder as well. We turned round and came back, so Milo did not get much of a walk. The heavens opened, we had thunder, lightning, torrential rain and hailstones. It was quite frightening, the noise was very loud, mum slept through it sp0 .

Good morning, I am off to Pilates shortly & then I am meeting Kay for lunch, our friend Carole is down from Scotland for a few days ,so we are all meeting up, we were all Macmillan nurses together & Carole moved over the border around 5 years ago & only gets down 2 or 3 times a year, so we are looking forward to seeing her. I have some shopping to do & ironing & that is another day gone

Good Morning, it is very hot here, it is registering 110F, waiting for the man to come and look at the washer, will be here sometime this afternoon. Going to sit in the garden this afternoon. I sat outside to have my breakfast this morning, it was really peaceful.
I am going with Barry to Blickling today, after 2 weeks of going with Derek,.
Last Sunday it was cold and I remember I wore a scarf, but it is very hot today.

So lovely to have a cooler day today. It an get hot again I just needed a day to stop sweating! So attractive!

had a shift today. Just 1 call out so lots of nattering.

Liv breaks up on Friday so she is excited. She had a meeting with the s cool nurse today about her anxiety and dealing with home life. They have been so good with her. She is doing really well and so much more positive. She is getting a lot from the family counselling. Just pleased she is coping better.

I hope sheila is alright and miss pears is coping well too.

I bet you are so excited for your concert Annie. I think you all have fabulous voices. Must be a great way to relax too.

Liv breaks up for the summer tom. I can't believe her 1st year of high school is over already! Where did time go? So we will have to sort plans for the summer. We have a week away at my mum and dads in Wales. The 4 of us a re going to Bosworth hall hotel for 2 days on the 4th and 5th as it is Lee and is 10th anniversary and that was where we honeymooned. I have a spa appointment for a facial while we are there too.

I suspect the summer will fly by as usual!

Lovely day and I am having some "me time". Having ongoing care issues and still trying to get more help. Night carer leaves us after four years and the replacement is struggling to learn the routine so I'm not really having a full nights sleep. I'm enjoying the sunshine and I'm off to treat myself today - watch out shops I'm coming!! Hope everyone is well
