I just had someone apply for a laptop and they sent me an email from an IPAd
They cost between £400 and £600
Our scheme is to get carers on the internet who could not afford to buy one.
they must think I have a screw loose.

they have replied with a sad story, it does make it difficult for me to trust people.
i will send them a form, and see what comes back.

People are cheeky and they will always try & get something for free, whether or not they can afford to buy it.
