Morning all.

Te sun is shining with a nip in the air.

I had a lovely nights sleep and ready to get up for a short walk. I managed one yesterday then needed a good sleep. Think my mum is a saint. She has been really looking after me. Alivia cooked dinner for us all last night. She made spaghetti bolognase then custard for a blackberry and apple pie. My mum was very shocked at how independent and a good cook she was. Told her her granddaughters are like all the women in our family. Strong and independent! !

I ams o lucky to have such wonderful support, mental and physically. This is the first time I have asked for help really and relaxed into it. It's not as scary as I feared!

I hope the day is kind to you all

Huge hugs

Hi everyone, it's a beautiful sunny morning today in Norwich, though still a bit chilly. Last night I had a lovely evening at the theatre with my neighbour seeing Brian Connley in Barnum. It was really good. Jane I'm pleased you are getting the support you need from your family. Don't overdo things though and try to get some rest in between doing things.

Good morning, it says we are in for some nice weather, I do hope so.
I have had a few days of really feeling much better, and then last night I took my pills an hour late, I had an awful night, and feel dreadful today.
But I hope to feel better again tomorrow.

So am ! lol

I have had a peculiar day today ... I somehow managed to damage the ligaments in my right foot as I found out when I went to A and E yesterday as I couldn't get in to see my GP -it was impossible to walk on it, so that meant me taking time off work till it got better. Was given some extra strong painkillers and told to use it and do some exercises.

The painkillers do make me tired so I called in after coming out of A and E to cancel my day on the bus today, as I was concerned as in case it mucked up the schedule if I had to go "sick" - didn't want to disappoint my passengers.

It went even more peculiar when the phone rang .. I had won a competition at the Bridewell Museum .. I had to fill in a slip which asked what was on the site of the old Rowntrees factory .. the answer was the Chapelfield Shopping Centre... the prize ..... a box of those posh chocs! I thought, why not, so I popped to the Museum to pick them up, would be a bit of exercise walking the short distance from the bus stop to the museum.

One has gone already -walking back to my bus stop one of the other minibuses was dropping off in the city so I offered them one each - the driver didn't like choc sadly -I have done them all up in the sealed bag they came in and I am trying to keep them til Easter so all the family can have a piece -but I loove the box they came in even better than the chocs - it is wooden, has a lovely flowery pattern on the outside and a velvety material on the inside -

The chocolates look lovely, I hope they taste as nice as they look. The box is gorgeous, would be nice to keep trinkets in. Well done for winning the prize Liz co900 .
