I am sorry you feel like this. We had no choice but to change because the old forum was slow and difficult for the management to work with.
Please remember, we are all volunteers and do this on a shoe string, and we are all still learning.
Thankfully the members who are regularly posting had to learn and they seem to manage and from the feed back I receive, they say how quick this forum is. I look at it like a new adventure for us Chillers.

Many people have come onto the new forum and did not even notice a change.
I apologise if we are not as fast to do things as the big charities are able to do, but we do try to make a happy and safe place for carers.

I must say for all the work that has gone into this for your benefit, I found reading your post hurtful.
I appreciate all the help and support we have received from our wonderful members, thank you.
If this forum is so awful then we can easily close down, which will enable the management who give their time freely to devote their time to other things.
Honey,I am presuming you are so disinterested in the new Chill that you wish to leave? I will sort this out as soon as I can. You will be missed.

I'm sorry you think that Honey but it's called progress and it is in the interest of the members it was changed, this new site is faster and more secure than the old one.

We are all volunteers and give up our own time to make chill4us forum a place for carers to come to for support and enjoyment.

We are all still learning and helping each other.

Honey I know some people don't like changes but that's technology we have to move forward
We are all having to learn about the new forums
If I don't know how to do anything I will ask Wendy and mo and they will explain what I need to know I don't feel embarrassed asking for help
I would like to say a big thank you to Ross,Wendy,and Mo for all their hard work over the past few weeks,they should be proud of themselves

Glad you aren't going Honey.

It is strange having a new lay out but the site is faster and easy to use once you get used to where everything is. I have had a good play with it so I am now familiar with everything. It is always strange when a layout changes. But it is a great step forward for chill and it's future.

After the first couple of days I forgot what the old site looked like!! do877 The fact that is is easier to manage must be wonderful for all our managers.
