It was one of those fine October days
free from summer’s heat and haze
but not yet gripped by autumn chill.

It was one of those fine October days
when the sky’s so clear
you can see the moon
through the atmosphere
at midday.

when the trees sport yellow and red
instead of everyday summer green.

It was one of those fine October days
when one draws a deep breath
and is grateful
to be resident on Earth.

Tomorrow I am going to see Cinderella at the local theatre with the Northern Ballet Company.
Then I am meeting Barry and Liz.
We are meeting in a Turkish restruant,  I have never had a Turkish meal before.
It looks very nice and I am sure Liz will take a few photos.
Off now to have a bath and watch the cookery programme.

Phew and double-phew.. just back online after over 2 whole hours off courtesy of Plusnet...

Have we had a storm or two tonight - still getting some rumbles even now ...

i am having an early night, been doing some accounts for chill.
But before then I had a lovely time and a great meal out at Blickling Hall.
I am upset, I hate being let down by people and I feel that this has happened.
We need to start the learning classes for carers, and it seems that our venue does not understand how important this is to carers.

Having an early night tonight, fed up with  not being able to talk... at least I have started to be able to "squeak" a bit lol -not talking much, just trying a few words very now n then to see how it is going...
