Does anyone want to fill in a form?

A massive charity, has contacted me and wants me to submit Chill for another award.
I am sick to death of filling in forms, so just checking if anyone wants to do it.
It must be done before 12th September.  There is no money given, only the status and we would meet Ester Rantzen.

I don't mind filling form in but will need to know what the answers are and I've not been on here very long

thank you for your kind offer Sheila, but as you say, it would be difficult for you to do, being such a new member.
it is much appreciated and thank you. but there are loads of questions and I dont think you would be able to answer them.
