Good morning All,

Hope you are all well sorry I have not spent more time in

chill have been spending a lot of time on treatment for my

spine and hip all the lifting of Tony before I had the hoist is

beginning to tell lots of massage and exercise hopefully is

keeping me away from surgery. I hope all my chill friends are

looking after themselves it is so easy to neglect oneself with there

roll as carer.
