CrockleBoggle Mug ?

On Bank Hol weekend (May Day) me, Bruv n Elaine took my great-nephew Jake n his sister Jessie, and great-niece Ellie to Bewilderwood. We had such a lovely day out I couldn'r resist buying a mug as a momento.

Bit of a dissapointment when I got home... I thought I was going potty at first, surely I hadn't got the DT's everytime I put the mug down ... a puddle kept appearing at the base of the mug. On closer inspection I saw there was a crack running round half the base of the mug - phew, much relief, it wasn't going to the pub every night to blame after all !

Oh-er, how to get a refund or replacement?? I sent an e-mail to Bewilderwood exlplaining what had happened, and that I couldn't get to them to get a replacement, offering to e-mail pics of the mug - at this point I was thinking it was easier to get a refund than them post one..

Got an e-mail back from "Twiggle in the Trees, Office Overseer and Virtual Ticketee Soopervisor" lol
Asked for me to send pics etc which I did.

Got a e-mail back asking for address so they could send me a replacement ..

Got home yesterday to find postie had tried to deliver a parcel, went to Depot today to collect it and it was my mug! My was it well packed in a shoe sized box, with lots of bubble pack and tissue.. and inside were four little pin badges as a bonus .. I have sent them a thank you e-mail but I will post a little card tomorrow - that really was going that little extra -great customer service...

The first pic shows the huge box n packing, the next the 4 badges, and the last ..if you are wondering just what a Crockleboggle looks like .. that is Mildred with the wig? on and her boyfriend lol

I have no idea about the badges Wendy, you could give them a call and see if they would post them they are about 1" or 2.5cm diameter -they don't have an online shop ..
