been offered earlier hours at work, with  less physical work and it will still  coincide with oh getting home from work in time for me to go to work so he can be here for our daughter. 
spoke to family and they are very much in favour as it will benefit them more with me getting home sooner.
It is for the best but I will miss my friends at work as I will be working alone much of the time.
got to let the boss know tomorrow night if I want to accept the job.

I know what I would chose, but it really is up to you to decide what is best for your health and your family.
I am sure your friends would keep in touch and you may even make new friends if you accept.
Will be thinking of you, because I expect it is a major thing for you to decide upon, when you have to consider so many other people.
