nite nite,
i had to lift my dead frog out of the pond this morning, the male had been on top of her for weeks.
anyway, I have pulled, had a nice message from a GP in the Netherlands, who wanted to follow me.

Mum lost her balance as she got up to go to bed, fell hit her head on one side then the other, on the corner of a small table. I managed to lift her up and sit her in her chair. There was blood running down her face, I cleaned her up and put a plaster on the cut on her right side. She has a lump the size of an egg on her left side, I managed to get her to bed, it really frightened and shook me up, I could have cried.

I have had a lovely day and went out for lunch, and bought some plants for the garden and then did some gardening,
I am very tired now, but my garden is full of colour.
I hurt my arm, and it poured with blood.  I hope it will be ok.

thanks Honey for your concern, I stuck a plaster on it, and it seems much better today, but it is blue where I knocked it.
I have been ever so busy today with meetings, and it looks like the next two days will be similar, so it is really good to see you are keeping busy.
I have also been doing my garden, and it looks full of colour.
I am very tired now, so saying good night, sleep well
