I am finding  my emotions out of control just now,stans more or less sleeping 24 hours a day I just can't stop crying,when the girls have rung up to see how things are,I'm just crying all the time

Dear Ann, it's understandable you are feeling like that when caring role becomes 24/7, it's brave of you to share this and I hope by sharing you feel better for off loading, many of us have been or are in a situation where our lives have been hijacked, I hope the councelling will help you, we are here for you if you want to off load.

It is very lonely when your loved one spends so much time sleeping as I know full well. Crying can be cathartic, you have held it together for so long now , it is not surprising that the flood gates have opened. Ann. I am thinking of you and hope  you get the help that you need from the counsellor and your GP

I really understand how you feel Ann. It is so hard.

I find crying is natures way of letting out all our pent up feelings. When you bottle them up for too long they take a long time coming out in my experience.

Take care lovely lady. Always here for you with love support and a strong shoulder.
