Counselling

Debz I know how you are feeling,Im like that some mornings I dread getting up,I went to see a counsellor yesterday and some of the things she said to me made sense
Like. You debz I am going to the doctors next week,I am going to ask the doctor if they can get me an urgent appointment with a counsellor as I am having to pay private

I hope your GGP can get you in quickly Ann, so many NHS Health Services are understaffed & have long waiting lists

Ann,
do you like the counsellor that you are seeing? and what are you paying?
Here in Norwich, there is St Barnabas Counselling centre, it is where I did some of my training over many years.
I know they dont have fixed charges for counselling sessions, and will adjust the cost to what the client can afford?

If you get on with the counsellor and feel that you are making progresss, then it may be worth considering this against costs.
But it depends how much you pay, some places charge a fortune.

Yes Wendy I like the counsellor I am paying forty pounds for an hour
