I have experienced this & that is the reason I had to take early retirement & believe me I would not wish this on my worst enemy. Carers take note : this can easily happen to you if you do not look after yourselves and it is a long road to recovery. Take steps now to , learn when to say no and make sure you have a support system. Anniexx
