Getting chilly n the wind is whistling outside... and there is bugger all on TV so I am off to boil the kettle for my hot water bottles n snuggle up in my warm bed.

I'm just going to make sure that I batten down the hatches - we are having horrendous weather, very cold and fearsome gusts of wind.  I am not looking forward to overnight as the forecast says winds will get worse overnight.    Hope it is better where you are tonight.

It is getting really windy here, but my aunt tells me it is even rougher in Guernsey n Jersey ... if you click on the link you can see a video just click on the black arrow on the plane pic n the video should run.

If this had been how I landed when I visited her this year I would have filled quite a few sick bags, not to mention get through a few pairs of bicycle clips !!!
