It is very costly having a loved one in hospital for any length of time, I've spent a fortune on hospital car park fees.

But the biggest costs of all is that of your own health with the stress of having your loved one in hospital.

I must admit I have never totted the cost of Lee's hospital stays and appointments. i don't think I dare now!!

What would you do if you couldn't pay for this? It is worrying enough when your loved one is in hospital but when you can't afford for them to be there it must be a nightmare.

I know from experience debz how much it costs while somebody is in the hospital,when stan has to go for hospital appointment it's £25

I agree with you mo when ive been to visit stan my stomach was churning over until I'd seen him

When my Mum was in hospital for eight months, it cost us a fortune in car park fees, plus taking food, drinks, etc., up to her. When George has been in, it cost a fortune in cabs, there and back, plus all the extras. It makes a stressful time even worse, and it's true, what if you can't afford it? we certainly have had to scrimp and scrape at times. x Jeanne
