Goodness Annie, I certainly can relate to that one!!! It is so frustrationg. I have a rule with Lee now that he makes hios own appointments. I remind him, but even though he is in pain he can hold the phone so that way he has to go or he looks the wally!!! I have started putting my foot down with a firm hand. I feel so much better for it too. thinking of you  gpr

i won't be around this week i am on a course all week for the first person on scene intermediate course. I am seriously bricking myself!!it wil be a toughie and has a practical and written exam. So if you have any free fingers to cross for me I would appreciate it!!

I hope everyone has a manageable week and I am really excited to see the brand new shiny Chill.

Thank you Ross and Wendy for all you are doing. I hope you both hav e a well earned break when this is done. You must both be shattered.

Good morning, a bright and sunny day here so far, going to hairdressers later this morning, my hair grow so quick.
I need to get the grass cut but it is not drying out soon enough these damp Autumn mornings

Good Morning, it is overcast and cold here, have the heating on. Enjoy your trip to the hairdressers Mo. I am trying to get my grass cut as well Mo but as you say it is too wet. Off the the Metrocentre to M&S to get mum something nice for tea. Mum's thumb is healing nicely and there is no infection, she is in a bit of pain. Goes back to hospital in 10 days to see doctor and have a x-ray, then doctor will decide when pin can come out of thumb.

Good morning, it is cool and grey.

My internet has been down all am, rang the help-line & they said no problems ion the area & I steeled myself for yet another futile hour on the phone  to another incompetent in India, however, it came back on unaided at lunchtime.

Which has just surveyed  Broadband providers & it was no surprise to find out BT came last at 49%,  (sadly though only marginally worse that Virgin and Sky) purely because of the useless call centre staff. Zen(80%) and John Lewis(78%) were the best of the bunch

Been to Pilates and done a shop at Sainsbury. Tired today, may have a snooze this afternoon

Went to Sainsburys for weekly shop and they have 25% of clothing this week so I treated myself to some Jeans and a top.

Good morning, it is cold wet and windy, typical autumn weather really!!!

There is a food festival in town today so hope to have a look when I go to do the shopping. I have to take a pyjama top back to M&S, I don't know who they make them for!! I am a size 14 & this is a 12 & it drowns me, the neck is so wide it almost drops off my shoulders & I have wide rugby  type shoulders!!!!!

I can't believe it, none of the upstairs radiators are working now, it seems like this year everything has needed  repairing, at least these are covered by my boiler insurance( boiler is also on its last legs).

Good afternoon it is sunny now after the rain,put washing on the line this morning as soon as I had finished,it started raining,had to go to the shops and got wet.
Going to the community room for tea and cake for the mcmillian charity
Annie I bought a tee shirt for m/s a few weeks ago it was a size 10 and that was to big,I gave it to Karen she has a bigger bust than me,and it was to big for Karen

Good afternoon, I've had a busy day, brother in law and his partner came round this morning then nipped to Morrisons up the road to get some fish for tonights tea.

M&S have always been generous with their sizes, I would buy a size 8 if I ever brought anything from there.

Quiet lazy day here. My microwave broke and its amazing how I miss it!! I use it to cook vegetables, make scrambled egg and cook convenience meals! I feel lost but I have ordered a new one to arrive Monday hopefully!! Marks really in a good mood today and that has cheered me up. Hope everyone has a nice weekend xx

Evening all,

what a week,

It has been a long and hard week on this course. I had my exam and assessments today and I PASSED!!!! i even got 100% on the written exam! I am now a level 3 Intermediate community first responder. I can do trauma, paediatrics, blood pressure and sugars! I can safely remove a motor bike helmet off a patient with a c spine injury! Totally exhausted and very proud of myself.

i will be back in a gain now.

i missed you all so much.
