Good Afternoon, it is windy but mild, after raining all night, it is overcast and looks like rain. Have been out for a paper and had a hot chocolate while out. Going to see my friend Norine later. Not feeling to good, my neck where I had my op is bothering me, will see how I feel next week and if still bothered will go to see dr.

My parents had a poultry farm when I was a young girl I loved to watch the little chicks
hatch out. when my mother bent down to pick up the eggs a big cockerel flew at her and
pecked her bottom he wasn't going to let her have his eggs.
So dark here in Redditch today had to put the lights on at 3.pm and so cold.

sorry you are not feeling well Rosalind and hope you soon feel better.
thanks for letting us know about the chickens. I think a lot of country folk kept them.
It has been a dark day all day today and it seemed dark when I was driving this lunchtime. The roads were empty with all the cars travelling towards Norwich.
I had a nice walk and a roast pork dinner with stuffing and then apple crumble.
looking forward to the tv tonight.

Godd morning, it is wet and grey, but the wind appears to have calmed down.

I have to get an appt at the vets for Boris this am. He has had a slight limp for a while now, usually when getting up after sleeping , just for a few mins& then he is ok , in fact just like me when I get up from the chair , with my arthritic old joints. He is 14 so getting old & we thought bit of arthritis, his limbs weren't tender and appeared to have no pain, so we thought mention it at his 6 month check in december. However, he has now developed a pronounced limp & he is not bearing weight on his left leg , so neds to be seen, poor lad.

Got choir this aftenoon, looking forward to that.

Hope you have good day

Good Evening All.
Had a lovely day at Boundary Mills on Tuesday with
my Golden Age Club, had great difficulty getting on
and off the coach why do coaches have such big
high steps or is it just my little short legs. Wish I could
get my hip done so hard to walk. Take care love Ireneexx

Good morning, I have been poorly again but think it was a blip because of a medication change.
I have been resting but today a friend is taking me out.
I am enjoying IMAC I know there is no one on Chill that likes it, every year.
love to all

Good morning, I am going to Pilates this am, have washing and shopping to do.

Hope you feel a bit better today Wendy, enjoy your time with your friend.

I have to call in the EE shop to get a mini sim for my new phone & hopefully they will transfer my data for me as I don't know how to do it.

Boris had xrays done yesterday, & he has arthritis in his front legs. The vet has put him on anti-inflammatories & wants to review him next week. She also took bloods for his hyperthyroidism, as they were due in december anyway, to save him having to come back then & more trauma. Cost £ 270 - ouch!!!! If he needs to continue on the anti-fs, I shall ask for a private prescription as I do for his thyroid tabs, I get them form petdrugson line at half the cost. I checked the price of antifs & they are £8 as opposed to £17 from vet

Hope you have a good day

Good monring ,brrhh it is cold we had some snow overnight & it is freezing!!!

Boris is walking quicker today but still limping, so the anti-inflammatories are beginning to help. I just squirt it on his evening meal & he gobbles it up.

I have to nip into town & some cleaning & ironing to do

Hope you have a good day

Poorest Boris. Hope he improves each day.

hope Rosalind and Wendy are feeling brighter today too.

I could never keep chickens. I am petrified of them and there beady eyes. Love the eggs though!

I love I'm actually. Glued everyday to it. I actually recognise a few of the contestants Too!

Having a bit of a lazy day to be honest. Can't seem to find the interest to start my housework.

Thinking of you all
