Good morning, it is only 9C here again this am, disappointing! It is grey and very windy again. It did pick up yesterday afternoon, when the sun came out, it went up to 14 , but the icy wind meant it felt much colder. I hhave to change the bed and do some washing, nothing else planned this far, hope you have a good day

Good Morning, cold and overcast here again, popping into Gateshead to do some shopping, having lunch out. Hoping to do some gardening if it does not rain. New blinds look great, mum not interested in them but I am pleased with them. Hope everyone has a reasonable day.

thank you, I feel much brighter today, but still on go slow.
The newspaper this morning was the hardest ever to do. There seemed to be no news about carers about at all.
I think everyone was out enjoying the sunshine.
We seem to have got to the bottom of the problem with the chatroom, so a few more days and then we will see.
I am going to my art class today.

Good evening, It has been grey all day here. I met Yasuyo for lunch with Paula, my daughter.

Yasuyo is having a terrible time with her severely autistic 15 year old, he is becoming increasingly violent, he has wrecked a new leather chair, rived a 6ft radiator off the wall and punched holes in the walls in the last 2 weeks Yasuyo is black and blue where he has kicked & punched her , she is only tiny. They are looking into residential care , but the social workers are dragging their feet (all about the money)despite the Drs and Head teacher saying it is urgent and necessary.

have a quieter day today. I was really busy yesterday and dint get home until late from training. Lovely to see everyone though.

The sun is burning off the mist at the moment so hopefully another warm day.we have be lucky.

Good evening,
I am furious with Bill, he said he would keep his scan apt this am, he starved from 11am, as directed and at 3.30pm, I said he needed to start getting ready & I was very surprised when he set off on the chairlift, I got the wheelchair in the car & then came back in to help him get ready & he was stood at the top of the stairs, saying , Ican't go , I've got the runs & buggered off to bed. I went for a long walk down he canal, after I had rung the hospital, to try and abate the feeling of wanting to knife him!!!!!!!

Today we've delivered a free laptop to a carer in Norfolk who has a very difficult caring role.

How frustrating Annie you must be feeling so angry, the hospital must be getting peed off with all the cancelled appointments.

Hi all,

what a glorious day here,

I have rested today. Seems like I havewasted the day but was so tired. So Ii was a good girls and behaved.

Sam is off out tonight so I am dropping her off at her friends to get ready.

What stress Annie. I know what you feel my love. There are times when I think our patio is big enough to bury Lee under. Thank goodness for the canal. It is my area to calm down too.

Good morning, it is cold and grey. I have been to church, the choirmaster approached me afterwards & asked if I would join the choir. I agreed, but not until after June 7th when we do Sing for Water, as I have to do some evening practices for that & church choir practice is also evening , I can't manage 2 evenings.
I have no plans for the rest of the day as yet

Good Afternoon it is cold and grey here, feels like winter. Have been out for a paper, mum staying in bed as she is having a dizzy spell. I am popping up to see my friend Norine who has not been to well. Have a sore throat, which always worries me, after having throat cancer.
Have not got time to be ill this week, so will just have to soldier on.

Good morning, I think spring has sprung at last, it was warm and sunny all day yesterday & the sun is shining again this am. Bill has his scan appt at 11.30am, he is duly starved and have immodium at the ready, just need to get him up,bathed & dressed - that will be a challenge!! Not putting the wheelchair in the car this time until he is dressed & heading out of the door!!

Good Morning it is lovely and sunny here, hope you manage to get Bill to his hospital appointment Annie. Mum totally refused to go and have her ears syringed, so she could get a new hearing aid, so know how stressing it can be. Off to have a manicure, then meeting a friend for coffee. Still taking the pain killers, but do not think the cold and sore throat are as bad as they were. Take care everyone.
