I feel rather perky today!!

I am on duty at the moment and may have a call out! Not holding my breath though!!

Got a mound of ironing to do but I am so hot and bothered already I daren't steam eh clothes!! I will be a very revolting sweaty betty if i get a call then!!

Hope the physio goes well and they have a cafe for you to fall into while you wait!!! You and I are never far from a cuppa I think!!!

I hope it's not too far for you to go for Bills prescription Annie.

Do you know, this morning reminded me of summer days when I was young.
We dont seem to get many like it these days,

I awoke with the sun shining on my toes.

No my feet don't dangle out the window!! I rarely have my curtains closed in summer so the sun was on my bare hooves this morning! It was lovely.

Sorry i wasn't in today. i have awful earache from this lump in my neck pushing on my ear so have been very sorry for myself!!!


Our emergency services are amazing. I hope they are appreciateds for all the extra work

It's been lovely here and I have had the windows and doors open. Dudley was naughty last night- I had locked him in for the night and he decided to climb out of our small top window. I think he had decided he didn't want to go to bed!! He came home 2 hours later!! Going to be a difficult week as Karen is on holiday for a week.

Good morning, it is warm and sunny. I woke tired and with a headache which has not abated & not looking forward to taking Bill to his audiology appt. I got ready early, cleared the car boot, got the wheelchair out & loaded it in the car & then Bill decided he wasn't up to going!!! I wanted to thump him! he knew I wasn't well , then why did he wait until I had got ready and struggled with the wheelchair before telling me he wasn't up to it. Needless to say, I am seething, I have unloaded the wheelchair & my headache is pounding. End of moan!!!!

Good Morning, sorry to hear you are having a bad morning Annie, hope you headache gets better soon. Been bad with cystitis, thankful the medication has kicked in. To hot for me at 110F, doing some housework, then meeting a friend for lunch.  Hope everyone has a good day.
