Hi all,

had a lovely day on the canal boat trust. We had a group of folk singers so we were very entertained. The weather was lovely and the wildlife wonderful. We saw a heron and a buzzard and also some foals by the river side

had my stitches out of my arm after my mole removal a day I haven't burst open so that is a good sign. Don't think muchof his stitches tthough!

I hope you feel beer today Wendy. And glad you feel brighter Annie.

Thinking of you all

Good Morning, it is sunny and warm here, off to see a friend who has MS, they are getting worse, now using mobility scooter. Also buying bits and pieces for mum's 90th birthday, unfortunately she is not interested, never mind. Hope everyone has a good day and enjoys the weather, as it is suppose to change at the weekend.

Good morning, it is another sunny start ( shhhhh!!! 2 days on the run!!!!)

I went to the garden centre and did all my planting yesterday afternoon. Today I have shopping this am & choir this afternoon. Went to my first choir practice at church last night, it was very informal compared to Carers Chorus & they made me feel very welcome
Hope you have a good day

Good morning, it is sunny, but the wind is back.

I have PIlates this am &some local shopping then need to tackle my pile of ironing.

Enjoyed choir yesterday, Olwyn told us Secret Singers are performing at Towneley Hall at the Classic Car Show at the end of the month & we can join them if we like, she says we know all the songs apart from Something so Strong, which we can download from her website. More practice!!!

Hope you have a peaceful day.

This morning I went to do my weekly shopping and then I went to the main carers event for Norfolk at Costessey.
I am very glad that I went and met some interesting people.
You may like to know I have put my name down for some research on dementia. It is funded by the government.
They are interested to see if the internet helps to keep your mind active.
I am the first one on their list. The lady is coming to my house in two weeks time and she will ask me a few questions and then she will come back next year.
I am most interested in this research.
Then Ross and myself had an important meeting for Chill, and so this afternoon I have rested.
Please excuse me for not replying to your lovely posts.
I was so thrilled with Jane for doing the video, who will be next?
love to all

Good morning, it is grey and drizzling,

I was annoyed this am, settled down to read the Mail & then do the puzzles in the Mail weekend mag, & was upset to find one of my favourite puzzles there. I copied down the email address to complain to them & realised the addy was for the Sun - someone put the wrong mag in, so had to trail all the way to the paper shop to get the right one

No plans for today, just housework
Hopw you have a good day

Good Afternoon, we have had heavy rain, it is grey, miserable and cold now. Been to the Metrocentre to get the last of the bits and pieces for mum's 90th birthday tomorrow. Visiting my friend Norine later, she is on crutches, as she has a baker's cyst at the back of her knee, she also has breathing problems and cannot swallow properly. Her birthday is Wednesday, she will be 84 years young, such a shame you end with all these problems as you get older. Hope everyone has a reasonable day.

Tonight I am off to Secret Singers for some more practice, there are 4 or 5 of us going from Carers Chorus .
Hope you have a good day

It is cold here and I had to pop the heating on for a few minutes, but I think I can now see blue sky.
I am having my hair cut this morning and want to clean round first.
Maureen is away now for two weeks, so I hope you will help me.

Morning all,

Liv has her first appointment with the school nurse to talk about how she feels and what help can be available for her. Her knees were knocking when she left the house. I feel sick! I am picking her up and taking her out for lunch straight after. she will be in no state to go straight back to class, I want to give er time to process and talk to me if she wants to or just relax if she doesn't.

Teddy has become the Andrex cat. That is the last time he watches TV he is obviously easily influenced by adverts!! This morning I found a 2 foot length ion my bedroom that he had managed to jump up and collect!!! He is a character! (or little b***er depending on which way you look at it!!!)

Sam is settled home nicely. So lovely to have my girls together again.

Thinking of you all

Good morning, it is grey and drizzling, so disappointing!

I am tired today, after a rough night, so nothing planned apart from choir practice tonight

Hope Liv's session goes well, & that she can open up.

I laughed about Teddy: Scarlett, one of our cats used to trash the toilet roll, little treasures aren't they,? Glad to hear he is giving you some light relief!!
Hope you have a reasonable day

Hope Maureen has a lovely time.

Busy day for you then Wendy. Hope you managed a rest at the end of it all.

Sam and i are walking to town shortly. We need a good walk and she needs a smart blouse as she has a a job interview tomorrow! She applied for quite a few jobs and awaiting replies but this one answered very quickly. It is a new Italian dessert restaurant in town. Sounds lovely judging by the menu. Hope discount applies to mum's! So fingers crossed she gets it.

Liv is looking forward to our family counselling session tomorrow. Hoping this all makes her happier.

Must get dressed or will be out in my nightie!

Thinking of you all

Morning all, must do the cleaning today. Very boring! Sam has her interview at a nee Italian dessert restaurant in town. She is very nervous. We went to have a look yesterday. It id very new as the fitters are still on the building site stage!! We have our first proper family counselling today. I am so nervous. Luv is too but both looking forward to it. Sam has chosen not to join us. She talk to her friends a lot and doesn't want to spend her holidays going over past hurts and anger. I agree with her. She will then go back to uni still angry as the counselling will still be ongoing and she won't have continued support. Hoe every ones day is good. Thinking of you xxxx

Been out of the loop for a while - sorry. Trying to pull myself together but it's hard going :-(
We can't find a new night carer, day agency are struggling to cover our hours. Marks sister is still doing what she wants and in the whole not getting much support.
I went to hairdressers and had a nice coffee in costas but it's lonely not having anyone to share time with.
Hope everyone is doing okay and have a nice weekend xx
