I will be thinking of you Rosalind and good luck. 

Today I went out for lunch with a friend and it was really nice, we went to Blickling Hall.  The food was freshly cooked and very hot.
We had roast beef and roast post, cabbage, roast parsnips and carrots and a yorkshire pudding and then we had bread and butter pudding.
sleep well, and may tomorrow be a better day for you.
I keep worrying about Debs.
