I have just taken my sister home, its been a very mixed day with sunshine and rain,

its gone very cold and the gritters are out, ,hope to go to bingo tomorrow and to

Good morning, there is a deep frost but it is sunny with a clear blue sky, this will probably be my last post until thurs as I am off to my Spa Break this morning coming back Wednesday night. I am so looking forward to it. I hope you have a good day

Good afternoon everyone, been lovely and sunny here but a very cold wind. Had a mad do with the cleaning this morning and been to Mums this afternoon, she has been having terrible trouble with loss of hearing and it has been getting her down. She has been to ENT this morning and they have got her sorted, what a difference, she has to go back in six weeks to get the wax cleared again (earlier if needed). Just heard my sister and nephew are coming over from New Zealand in August so very excited. I haven't seen Hayden since he was 8 months old. He is now 3!!

my meeting went ok, and the lady had to bring her 10 year old daughter with her because of the teachers strike.
I will know more when she gets in touch with me, and then I will let you know.
She had some good ideas and we plan to do some work together in Norwich to help carers with the internet.
I hope you are keeping warm, it really is cold.

Good morning, it is really cold . We really enjoyed our spa break, the hotel was set in 200 acres of rolling countryside, very tranquil The staff were really friendly and helpful, the meals excellent and the spa was great & the therapists were really good, we came back thoroughly chilled and relaxed, just the job. My appetite had started to return & the nausea has completely gone. Hope you have a good day

Good Morning, bright but cold here. Glad to hear you enjoyed your spa break Annie. I am off to the hospital for my review. My ear and side of my face is still numb, need to know if this is normal at this stage or have nerves been damaged during op. Hope everyone has a reasonable day.

Afternoon all,

Did a 3 hour shift for the first responders and no call outs again! Starting to take it personally!!

I will bite the bullet and go solo next Friday! So fingers crossed!!
