Good morning it is mild and grey here, I have choir to look forward to this afternoon, we are learning Pachelbel's Canon at present & I am trying to get to grips with the soprano harmony - we are doing it in 4 parts. I just hope I can do it justice as Katherine Jenkins I ain't !!

Been to meet a friend for coffee this morning. Taking the girls to town in 30 mins to get Lee's birthday cards. He is the big 40 on Saturday!

Hope it went well with the consultant Rosalind and he is looking after you well.

Paula & I are going for a pamper session this afternoon, I got it from Groupon, full body massage, facial and either manicure (Paula) or pedicure (me) , it cost only £38 for both of us at a local beauty salon, we are really looking forward to it. I want to say thank you.  I expect some of you wake up and wonder what is the point on posting on Chill, well the point is, whatever you do gives comfort to another carer or past carer.
We have always been there for one another in good times and in the bad times.
So a big thank you for staying with us.
