Caffiene

Postby JaneJ » 08 Oct 2015, 14:12

Well I have just been to my friends house for coffee. we were supposed to meet in town but the plumber was coming. I had 2 coffees and totally forgot she only has caffeinated.

I am absolutely buzzing!

i gave up caffeine over a year ago as I was on between 10-15 big mugs a day. I haven't missed the caffeine but after today i am wondering how i ever functioned on so much of the stuff. i feel like i am on fast forward. So jittery. i have cleaned the bathroom in record time too!!

I really never realised the effect it was having on me. I shan't sleep tonight if this "high" doesn't abate!! do877

Shan't try drugs if this is the effect of a simple coffee!

How does caffeine affect you?

Caffeine doesn't affect me at all, I am not keen on decaf. I only drink 2- 3 cups coffee a day, but I like it fairly strong &prefer freshly ground. I am not keen on ordinary black tea , but drink lots of earl grey, I like it weak and black

Caffeine does not effect me, which is fortunate, as I drink a lot of tea, especially when I eat. 6-== 6-==
