Still blazing here.

It is so hot I have resorted to  xmas19 a dress!  xmas19 The kids are still in shock!!!

Been to the pain clinic this morning. Sat a round witth Lee in pain for over an hour then a five minute meeting back in 3 months!!! I will suggest he skypes next time!!!  gips Lee is okay with the pain killers he has. Still trying to get them in his system as he told me today he hasn't been putting the patches on every day as they slip off!!!  an?? I did point out thats what tape is for!!! Me, wall, head, banging!!!!

I am going shopping later. I was going to go while Lee's mental therapist is here but she has cancelled. AGAIN!!!!!!!! She and I shall be having words! There is no continuity when she misses appointments and it won't be as effective.

Good afternoon, it is warm  and windy, temp has gone down but still very pleasant. Been to Boundary Mill with Debbie, got new swimsuit for the hols & Debs bought a  kaftan for her hols. If it stays fine, may have a walk down the canal again. I have frozen my blackberries from yesterday, won't do any more picking for a few days, they are certainly abundant

Good morning, it is dull and windy,
I am going to Pilates this morning & having a full body massage this afternoon for only £10 subsidised by our Carers Link.
My daughter is coming straight form work & having tea with us (making liver & onions - she loves it but doesn't  make it as kids won-t eat it!). After tea we are going to get on computer & try and book our holiday.

good afternoon,
I have had a lazy day today, I went to a new Marks and Spencers which has opened in my village.  It is massive and will save me having to go into the city.
Then I went to see Maureen and Derek, and I wish you could all have been there. We could have had coffee in the garden, which is spectacular.  You go from one amazing plant to another.  I am still in shock at it all.
We are testing the new tablets that we have for family carers in Norwich.  It is exciting. Me and Derek are not very good with tablets, so we have got to learn.
Then I have sat in the garden, it was a beautiful afternoon.

Done my weekly food shopping at Sainsbury's, next week we have a new Morrison's opening a couple of miles up the road so I shall be shopping there, it will be great to have one so close especially in the winter.

Morning all,

I hope the walk on the beach blows away the cobwebs. I find the sea and sand the most relaxing of places closely followed by the canal. I love being near water.

I find Morrisons far nicer than Sainsburys Mo. They are more reasonable than tesco too.

I should be on shift in an hour but still feel a bit wobbly so not sure what to do with myself. I don't know if its more to do with inactivity the last couple of days or the last bit of the bug. Either way it has been 48 hours since last incident so at least I am not a contagion.

Had a lovely chat with my sister last night who has arrived safely from NZ. My nephew was spark out bless him. Jet lag is difficult.

So i will be seeing them soon and cant wait!
