Good Afternoon, we have heavy rain here, thank you all for your kind wishes. The consultant is referring for physio, the numbness in my face will get better in time but my ear will not get any better as they have taken the nerve to my ear out, so will have to learn to live with that. Hope you have a great afternoon Annie and that everyone else has a reasonable day.

Morning all,

Glorious sunshine here today. so sending some to you all.

Went to vist my friend in hospital yesterday and bumped into my s-i-l who told me my new born niece (3 months) was in the hospital after being taken in yesterday so I finally got to meet her.

She is the most gorgeous little soul ever. She has only made it home a couple of time s with all her health problems. She is just recovering form having a band put round her lkungs to stop them filling with liquid and now she has fluid round her heart so is being transfered again to another hospital who will do this proceedure.

She is lying there with tubes and scars and is the happiest little dot. We held hands and grinned at each other for ages. She is such a little inspiration. Auntie jane is totally smitten and can't wait to see her again. Can't hold her at the moment because of tubes and also her broken ribs from the op are so painful.

Looking forward to seeing her soon.

Off to the hospital to visit my friend again today. he is very low as he has been in with pneumonia for 3 weeks and they cant stabilize his oxygen levels. He is very low as he has a safari booked for 10 days time which is his bucket list trip as he only has a few months left. His worry is he wont be able to go. So on cheering up mode today.

Girls are good and in town with Lee buying mothers day cards. He has taken one of my nieces to get there families mothers day cards as with the baby being in hospital their mum and dad haven't been able to take them and it was becoming a stressful thing for the kids.

Good morning, it is mild  but another grey day. My granddaughter Rebecca is coming to pick me up at midday, she is taking Paula and I out to lunch for mother's day. Other than that I have no plans.  Hope you manage to get a relaxing day with some treats.

Very foggy here today. I have just been for my power walk. The bird song was wonderful and all the wildlife entertained me as I wet.

Off to see my friend in hospital again today. He is not doing very well and very depressed.
