Water meter query ?

I have just been to read my meters and noticed that on my water meter the figures in red (the last two on the right) are moving every so slightly -I don't have any dripping or running taps, no shower on and not flushed the loo - any ideas folks?

I want to ring the letting agents tomorrow in case there is a leak somewhere?
