It's good that your grand dad is getting the help he needs and I would say, don't blame yourself - things happen whether you are there or not.  However I must also say that calling your mum and grandmother silly idiots is out of order.  Be thankful that medics were available when you sent for them - they could have been busy elsewhere!

thank you for ur replys i dont mean to call them idiots but if they done there job and cleaned and care for him like my mum is supposed to being thier carer he would need them in  its all down to my mum not doing the care that they r in for she is getting carers for doing nothing i do more firthem both when im there then she does in a week for them
