it was livs birthday and it was the first without Sam being here so it was strange. We made it special for liv and took her out for dinner to celebrate.
I have been on the boat all day so not been able to come in until now!!!
Thinking of you Debz and hipe the antibiotics work quickly and you also have a good nights sleep.

Lee had a bad day as he was in withdrawal due to running out of meds AGAIN!!! It's days like this that he goes down hill mentally and tries to hurt himself so i cancelled my CFR shift and stayed in. It is so hard to have sympathy when it is self inflicted so i am a bit pigged off!

I agree with Annie the site is very slow, it is hard going. Have been to the park for tea and a cupcake, this photo was taken while I was there reading my paper, I am on the left in the orange jacket. Mum has been in bed for the last few days, she ie tired and in pain.

The site is really slow this am, don't think it is my computer (makes a change!!), as other sites are loading easily. Wonder if it is time for everyone to clear their message again?
Had a lovely time at the craft fair yesterday & great to catch up with Yasuyo. Had a hand and arm massage and a reflexology treatment, both only £5each, we had coffee with delicious home-made cake & I bought some neroli face cream from one of the stalls, it smells divine & some homemade samosas which I had for my lunch .
No plans for today as yet

Had a lovely morning out with Liv.We were both ready to go out and play!! We went to town and pottered. i got her a new jacket and some craft things she needs for her art homework. we decided to get Sam some little bits to post to her so we know we miss her.
Liv is now doing her homework and I am going to indulge myself in a hot bath and a book!
In poundland today I got a lovely new mug (see my avatar!) it says "chill" on it! It's such a lovely shape to cup your hands around.
I will be out in the community awaiting calls on Monday with another member from our group of volunteers. Then wednesday I will be on call from home and get on with bits and bobs whilst awaiting possible call outs!!!
Feel refreshed after a good night sleep after a flipping long week!!! wel222

Going to an arts and crafts event later on, my friend Yasuyo is one of the stallholders, she has been making crocheted jewellery, can't wait to see her new ones.

what a week,
It has been a long and hard week on this course. I had my exam and assessments today and I PASSED!!!! i even got 100% on the written exam! I am now a level 3 Intermediate community first responder. I can do trauma, paediatrics, blood pressure and sugars! I can safely remove a motor bike helmet off a patient with a c spine injury! Totally exhausted and very proud of myself.
i will be back in a gain now.
i missed you all so much.
