I have this morning received a letter from Norman Lamb MP marked urgent.
He enclosed a copy of the letter from the Chancellors office which I will put on here as soon as possible.
It is about the 10p tax burden for carers. Norman is prepared to take it further for all carers.
I will let you know when I can.

What if you don't pay income tax? How does it benefit someone then? How about zero rated VAT for Carers? Or free Tax Discs or other items free of tax?
