Free holistic carers course - Norfolk

Building on Excel 2000’s expertise of providing exercise/movement to music/holistic approach to health and wellbeing, an innovative course for carers, both personal and professional, covering a range of physical, mental and emotional challenges.

The course is for people in a variety of situations to help them broaden their knowledge and abilities empowering them to better help others as well as themselves.

Aspects covered will help motivation, getting to know how bodies and minds work, helping maintain independence and peace of mind, for yourself and those for whom you care.

The training is free, thanks to this generous funding. There is a total of 30 places, over two separate courses. Each course consists of ten mornings plus 1 full day, commencing 20th September 2013. The course will take place in Kelling.
