Disability Living Allowance replaced by PIP scheme.
It is the start of the replacement of Disability Living Allowance (DLA) by Personal Independence Payments (PIP).

I note they are starting with the North West first, they wouldn't dare start with the Home Counties - too many conservative voters!! Warren is really anxious, as he has only just received full DLA - indefinitely!!!!! it is very worrying

Gp's, consultants and medical specialists should be doing these assesments.

I feel so sorry for the medical profession who are trained to identify disability issues yet are being undermined when they do so!
