ON choir days, sometimes I have to drag myself there, when I am tired, stressed or in pain. However, after singing for a couple of hours, , my mood changes, I feel uplifted and always, without exception ,feel better at the end of the session, it is amazing the difference it makes. I can highly recommend it!

I love all genres of music. Your right it is always uplifting. Makes cleaning bearable too when you dance with the hoover!
I don't listen to slow songs if I feel low as they make me lower. So I tend to avoid beautiful Adele songs then. I love hall of fame by the script at the moment for a perk me up and cleaning day! X
