Norfolk Carers Walk & Talk

Are you looking after a friend or family member who, due to illness, disability, a mental health issue or an addiction, could not cope without your help?

Come and join us for a leisurely stroll around the borough of Great Yarmouth, meet other carers, make new friends, find out about other support available and enjoy the fresh air!

We meet on the second Thursday of each month, from 10am – 12pm at various locations, please contact me on the details below to find out where the next walk will be.

Are you unable to come because of your caring duties? If so, if your cared for are able to walk the distance safely or are using a wheelchair, we would welcome them too. Alternatively, we may be able to provide a sitting service through our ‘Time for You’ service.
The next walk is on 10th November at Burgh Castle, meet in the car park at 10am.

For more information please contact Julie Izzard on 07745 234480 or Julie.izzard@norfolkcarerssupport.org.uk
