Norfolk carers survey

Postby wendy » 08 Aug 2016, 09:57

Hi All - Please see below - It is very important that Carers have a say in this new service by completing the survey and/or contacting Caroline directly. Please share.

Dear Colleague

Norfolk County Council are working in conjunction with carer groups and Clinical Commissioning Groups to develop a clear set of commissioning intentions to decide what support we need to have in place to enable carers to continue in their caring roles once the current contract comes to an end in July 2017.

As part of the engagement process, we have worked with carers and carer groups to develop a comprehensive survey looking at what services carers both value and find beneficial – the link can be found below.

We know we have over 94,000 carers in Norfolk and whilst we cannot possibly hope to reach all of them, we can do our best to reach as many as possible. Please can you

· Complete the survey yourself

· Forward to carer groups and networks that you know of or work with.

The survey can be found here -http://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/D21X8/

If you have views you wish to share, please contact me directly at NNCCG.carersfeedback@nhs.net

Many thanks for your help with this.

Best wishes

Caroline
